Create an account

Before you can apply for housing or access services through the portal, you will need to create an account using your own email address.

If you do not have an email address, please see our How to create an email address guide.

Your email address will be used to send you updates, messages and notifications about your account.

1. Select Create an account on the homepage
2. Enter your details
3. Select the Show password icon if you would like to view your password as you type.
4. Select Create your new account.
5. Check your email inbox and select the link to confirm your email address.

Important: You must confirm your email address before you can complete and submit an application.
